4. Programme Objectives – POs
The Bachelor of Labor Relations program will provide learners with knowledge and career skills, which will contribute to the harmonized, sustainable and advanced development in labor relations. Graduates of the Labor Relations program also have transferable capabilities to efficiently conduct activities related to labor unions, social dialogue, collective bargaining, resolving labor disputes and developing the harmonized labor relations. Indeed, these graduates are able to gain the high level of competencies to conduct jobs of human resource management such as recruiting, training and developing, evaluating the job performance, compensation and benefits, labor health and safety. The learners also have advanced capabilities how to analyze and handle the problems related to Labor Relations and further research by themselves and study at the graduate program in Labor Relations major. 
5. Expected learning Outcomes – ELOs: Graduates with the Bachelor of Labor Relations degree will gain in-depth knowledge and career skills as follows:

- Acknowledge the guidelines and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam;
- Understand and apply basic knowledge of social science in Labor Relations field;
- Understand and apply knowledge of National Defense and Security.
- Pass examinations and fulfill the requirements of curriculum program.
- The certification of Military Education.
  Specialized knowledge Fundamentals of Labor Relations major Understand and apply the basic knowledge system to learn specialized knowledge with efficiency and further deal with problems on the job after graduation as well.  Pass examinations and fulfill the  requirements of fundamental courses.
    Understand and apply Labor Relation knowledge into reality. Gain competencies how to present, analyze as well as apply knowledge of recruiting, training and developing, evaluating the job performance, compensation and benefits, labor health and safety into the workplace. - Pass examinations and fulfill the  requirements of specialized courses. 
- Analyze, evaluate and apply knowledge into practical situations.
2 Job skills Professional skills - Possess the skills how to come up with plans, then conduct and evaluate the efficiency of activities related to labor unions, solving the problems about labor laws, organizing social dialogue, collective bargaining, resolving labor disputes.
- Possess the skills how to come up with plans, then conduct and evaluate the efficiency of jobs related to Human Resource Management.
Pass examinations and fulfill the requirements of internship programs. 
    Soft skills - Possess the skills which are negotiation, communication with employees, public speaking, teamwork, conflict-resolving, problem-solving, debating as well as criticism. 
- Complete the training courses for safety and health which are to swim 50m continuously and play well as least one sport.
Pass the tests and fulfill requirements of these courses or complete internship programs. 
    Foreign language  - Course 19 and earlier: TOEIC 500 or other equivalent international English certificates.
- Course 20: IELTS 5.0 or other equivalent international English certificates.

3 Attitude and social awareness Attitude and Behavior - Comply with the principles of occupational safety.
- Perform the professional ethics, conduct activities based on regulations, labor relations standards as well as harmonized relationship between employers and employees. 
- Develop the passion for learning and researching, have positive attitudes in finding solutions for labor problems.
- Enhance critical thinking, acknowledge the different approaches to the labor relation’s troubles.
Being evaluated in the whole process of the discussed topics in courses and internship programs as well.
    The awareness of community and society Perform the collective spirit which learners are willing to participate in social work related to communities, organizations and trade unions; as well as consciously taking care of labor lifetime. Certificates of community engagement. 
4 The position of learner after graduation Achievement of applying theories, skills, insights from degrees into practice. Apply for the position of manager or specialist in the Human Resource Management or Administration Department;
- The chairman or leading board of grassroots labor unions, the member of Labor Union in the provincial, city, district level. 
- Apply for the position of manager or specialist in the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; social insurance organizations or non-governmental organizations on labor.

5 The education development process Decent capabilities to learn the graduate program.  - Participate in the domestic or international Master’s Degree Program in Labor Relations and Human Resource Management.
- Gain competencies how to apply fundamental knowledge and career skills at the Bachelor’s degree into researching and studying in the Master program.
