Applied Labor Relations research group (ALR)

1. Introduction

The applied reseach team of labor relations (ALR) comes from the Faculty of Labor Relations and Trade Unions, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU). ALR focuses on the research and training of labor relations; cooperation with regions organizations to implement team projects with the purpose to develop the labor relations’ sustainability for regions and organizations. Therefore, we have responsibility for transferring knowledge and research results in the field of labor relations.

Objectives:
- ALR focuses on reseaching topics related to the field of labor relations, labor economics as well as organizational behavior.
- ALR researches applied projects based on the requests of the Research Institute of Workers, Labor Confederation as well as provinces.
- ALR implements applied research projects with international organizations or based on the requests of non-governmental organizations.
