About Us

Labour relations is an attractive area of study related to human resource management, labour unions, labour law and labour economics. Researchers in this field have long been trained at prestigious universities in countries with advanced education programs such as the USA, Australia, Germany and Sweden. In Vietnam, Ton Duc Thang University is the first university to train in Labour Relations.

The Faculty of Labour Relations and Trade Unions was established on October 15, 2009. The number of students enrolled in Labour Relations has increased over the years, and now the Faculty has trained 8 cohorts with nearly 1,000 students enrolled over that time.

The training program is designed according to curricula from the top 100 of the world's labour relations schools, such as Cornell University, University of Illinois (USA), McGill (Canada), to give students an opportunity to study with a framework from the world's leading schools here in Vietnam.
