On July 3, 2025, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) hosted the Public Lectures Program titled “Research on Corporate Governance and Sustainability in Emerging Economies, the Implications for Vietnam.” The speakers were two leading experts in the field of Accounting and Finance: Professor Nguyen Huy Tam from Nottingham Trent University (UK) and Professor Teeven Soobaroyen from Aston University (UK).


On July 8, 2025, Ton Duc Thang University welcomed and worked with the delegation from the University of Waikato (New Zealand), led by the Chancellor – Prof. Neil Quigley.
Welcoming and working with the delegation on behalf of TDTU were Dr. Tran Trong Dao – President of TDTU, Dr. Dinh Hoang Bach – Director of the International Cooperation, Research and Training Institute, and leaders of a number of the Departments, Faculties, and Institutes under the University.

On February 5, 2025, Ton Duc Thang University hosted an online access point for the national conference on disseminating and implementing the Trade Union Law 2024 and the Social Insurance Law 2024, organized by the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour.
The conference was held nationwide by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (VGCL) in a hybrid format, combining both in-person and online participation.

On January 14, 2025, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) hosted a meeting with the University of Pécs, Hungary (UoP).

On January 15, 2025, Ton Duc Thang University cooperated with Hung Duc Trading & Investment Co., Ltd. and HANEL Joint Stock Company to organize a Joint Development Forum with the theme “Trends in the development of high-tech industries worldwide and their relevance to Vietnam in 2025”.

The ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance International Conference 2024 (AUN-QA) 2024 officially closed on the afternoon of December 12, 2024 at Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh city. The event attracted the participation of more than 400 delegates from 153 universities, educational institutions and management agencies in the ASEAN region and international partners.
