To ensure and continuously improve the quality of teaching and learning activities as well as scientific research, Faculty of Labor Relations and Trade Unions has a plan to accredit the study program quality according to FIBAA Quality Standards.
FIBAA stands for Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation, a non-profit foundation established specifically to promote quality and transparency in education and science by awarding a Quality Seal to education programmes and providers operating in tertiary and quaternary fields. FIBAA was established in 1994 and became one of the first to be recognised by the German Accreditation Council. Currently, FIBAA is the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA), listed in the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR), is a full member of the European University Association (EUA), the Central and Eastern European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (CEENQA) and the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE). FIBAA's mission is to evaluate, accredited and develop educational institutions and programs around the world.
Implementing the self-assessment of the study programmes according to the FIBAA standards is a great opportunity for Faculty of Labor Relations and Trade Unions to review and self-evaluate the status of the curriculum as well as the quality of the training and to identify areas for improvement, thereby building and implementing action plans to enhance the quality of the study programmes according to European quality assurance standards.
