International Student Exchange Program:

Program Objectives:  The International Student Exchange Program aims to provide foreign students with one semester in the industrial relations program. Students are taught courses in English, have field trips to enterprises, and carry out research projects in labour relations for equivalent credit transfer. There is also a short-term cultural exchange program in labour relations between various countries.

Training time: 1 to 3 months.

Total credits: 12 credits

Courses:  Negotiation, Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Debate and Argumentation, Cross Cultural Management, and Internships.
