Short-Term Training for Union Officers at Hansae Vietnam

From 7/9/2017 to 31/12/2017, the Faculty of Labor Relations and Trade Unions at Ton Duc Thang University cooperated with Hansae VN to organize a union training class that taught skills in professional union activities for 40 employees and union officers in the company.

The general content was focused on practical knowledge and skills for employees and union officers and included such offerings as: Labor and Union Laws; Psychological Management and Labor Relations; Worker Communications and Womens' Roles; Trade Union Finance, Inspection and Operations; Union Supervison of Social Insurance Application and Policy; Health Insurance and Unemployment; etc.

The curriculum was taught by professionals with many years of experience in several fields and included subjects taught by foreign experts. The trainings used a variety of positive teaching methods to help learners acquire knowledge successfully.
