Labor Relations program of Faculty of Labor Relations and Trade Unions, Ton Duc Thang University meets the accreditation standards of FIBAA - Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation

In November 2021, the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) officially recognized and granted the Quality Seal for Labor Relations - an undergraduate program of Faculty of Labor Relations and Trade Unions, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU). The FIBAA accreditation is valid for a period of 5 years (2021-2026). 
FIBAA is the quality assurance organization of the Swiss Government and is established to promote quality and transparency in education and science by awarding a “quality seal” to programs which are accredited and certified to meet its standards. Currently FIBAA is a member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA), which is listed in the official list of The European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR); is a official member of the European University Association (EUA), the Network of Central and Eastern European Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (CEENQA) and The International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE).
In May 2021, FIBAA experts conducted accreditation for Labor Relations program of Faculty of Labor Relations and Trade Unions and the representative of FIBAA highlighted the advantages of the program including:
• Labor Relations program is designed according to the TOP 100 programs of Labor Relations Management field in the world, such as those of Cornell University (USA), the University of Illinois (USA), and McGill University (Canada). The quality of the academic staff is good and the support staffs are dynamic and ready to help students promptly and effectively.
• Students are well equipped with knowledge of human resource management, union organizing, labor law, labor relations, collective bargaining, and labor dispute resolution, motivation, change management, innovation and creativity, organizational culture, organizational development and soft skills, international-standard informatics and good English communication skills. Students have opportunities to participate in specialized seminars and cultural and academic exchange activities with international students with Cornell University (USA) and Nanhua University (Taiwan).
• Teaching conditions are always guaranteed, a variety of extracurricular activities, internships and observations at enterprises to help students gain confidence and quickly integrate into the environment and culture of the enterprises right after their graduation. The Faculty builds relationships with Labor Confederations of Southern provinces and on 24 districts in Ho Chi Minh City, trade unions, many corporations in Ho Chi Minh City and businesses to introduce students for  internships that 100% of graduates have jobs immediately and meet the requirements of enterprises.
