"Extracurricular Learning Activities for Collective Bargaining Skills"

From 15 March to 26 April, the Faculty of Labor Relations and Trade Unions organized a series of extra-curricular learning activities on collective bargaining skills, providing a practical introduction, led by Prof. Amado David and Hoang Thi Tuong Vinh. The activities were held at Presentation Practice Room 1 of the INSPIRE Library, and attracted over 80 students.

The sessions comprised simulations of collective bargaining at business, from preparation to preliminary negotiation to formal negotiation at the table between the employee (trade union) representatives and employer representatives. There was also reconciliation mediation under the coordination of labor mediators in cases where the two parties failed to reach a common agreement.
