About Us

Labor relations is an attractive area of study related to human resource management, labor unions, labor law and labor economics. Researchers in this field have long been trained at prestigious universities in countries with advanced education programs such as the USA, Australia, Germany and Sweden. In Vietnam, Ton Duc Thang University is the first university to train in Labor Relations. The Faculty of Labor Relations and Trade Unions was established on October 15, 2009. The number of students enrolled in Labor Relations has increased over the years, and now the Faculty has trained 8 cohorts with nearly 1,000 students enrolled over that time. The training program is designed according to curricula from the top 100 of the world's labor relations schools, such as Cornell University, University of Illinois (USA), McGill (Canada), to give students an opportunity to study with a framework from the world's leading schools here in Vietnam.
